Launching a business is exciting, but the backend details can get overwhelming fast. That’s exactly where Regan, owner of Tiny Stem Microgreens, was when I connected with her.
She was juggling brand development, building a website, and launching a subscription business—all while working full-time. On top of that, she’s not a designer but was trying to do designer things, which only led to frustration. I see this all the time with small business owners because website design isn’t in their job description. Good thing it’s in mine.
I took a few days to refine her microgreens brand before moving on to the website. She had started with a WordPress template but struggled with adding content and making updates. So, I switched her to Squarespace, giving her an easier way to manage her site. I also set up a blog, integrated MoonClerk for her subscription service, and helped define her tech stack. Now, she’s ready to grow!
