  • Yes, this is an annual renewal of $119/yr for the Website Policy Plugin. I also charge a one-time set-up fee of $80 to get your Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions created to get you started.

  • Yes, you can cancel at any time so a future annual payment is not collected. However, refunds are not available and payments are not prorated when you cancel. Please review the Terms Of Use for the license.

  • After your purchase, you will be given a questionnaire link to help me understand more about your organization. Once it is completed, I will begin setting up your Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions to get you started. You will then be invited to your policies account dashboard so you have full control of your policies. I will also provide a video tutorial on how to locate the embed codes so you can add them to your website.

    Please note: Your organization must be able to add embed codes to your website for this license to be set up.

  • Your policies will automatically update with newly required disclosures whenever the laws change.

  • Yes, you will receive email alerts whenever new privacy laws pass so that you can stay up to date with compliance requirements. There may be times you need to answer additional questions on your policies.

  • Yes, you will have full access to your policies dashboard and can make unlimited changes at no extra cost.
